“What are the Reservation and Cancellation Requirements?”

“Cancelation of your reservation must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of your rental, otherwise your credit card will be assessed a $100 No Show fee. To make changes or cancellations, please call toll 770-299-4931 and we will be happy to assist you.”

“What are the Minimum Age Requirements?”

“Renters are required to be at least 21 years of age. Renters between 21 and 24 years of age will be required to pay a surcharge.”

“What are the Drivers’ License Qualifications?”

“At the time of rental, renters are required to present an acceptable valid Driver’s License. We will not accept licenses that are labeled “NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR FEDERAL PURPOSES”. International renters will need their Foreign Issued License along with an International Drivers Permit. A temporary license is not acceptable.”

“What about Additional Drivers?”

“Additional Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and will be required to meet the same rental qualifications as the Primary Renter.

Additional Drivers are encouraged to review all Requirement Sections listed to ensure they are prepared with applicable Cards and Documents to qualify as an Additional Driver on the Primary Renter’s contract. A minimal, per day, Additional Driver fee will be charged on the rental contract.”

“What are the Physical Damage Waiver Requirements?”

“Physical Damage Coverage is required for customers renting from Atlanta’s Best Van Rental for all Vehicle Rentals. Customers have the choice of using their own verifiable and transferable collision insurance, or may purchase Atlanta’s Best Van Rental’s Damage Waiver.”

“What are the Credit Card Requirements?”

“At the time of the rental, the renter must present a major credit card in their name with a minimum available credit of $150 plus the estimated rental charges. Atlanta’s Best Van Rental honors all major credit cards. American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA.”

“What are the Debit Card Requirements?”

“Atlanta’s Best Van Rental accepts and welcomes customers preferring to use their Debit cards with VISA or MasterCard logos on them. Debit cards must be in the renter’s name with a minimum available balance of $200 plus the estimated charges.

The initial deposit will result in an immediate electronic cash withdrawal from the renters’ checking account. Any balance to be credited back to the Debit card renter’s account may take their financial institution 2 to 14 business days to process. Certain restrictions may apply. Please check with the rental counter for additional Debit card information.”

“Is there a Cleaning Fee?”

“Vehicles returned with pet hair, mud, food and beverage stains, etc., will be subject to a cleaning fee between $100 to $300. Customers, please check your vehicle for cleanliness before leaving the rental lot.”

“What is the Smoking Policy and Fee?”

“We ask for your help in keeping our vehicles smoke free. A $100.00 fee will be charged to customers who return vehicles that have been smoked in.”

“I am unable to pick up a van at your location, do you provide van delivery services?”

“Yes, with the exception of cargo vans, we deliver and pickup (no charge) vans anywhere within Metro Atlanta. We want to be as flexible as you need us to be. Let us know what your plans are and we will provide a solution.”

“Can I rent the van and drop it off somewhere else?”

“Yes, you can rent a van and drop it off anywhere within Metro Atlanta, including Hartsfield airport.  We want to be as flexible as you need us to be. Let us know what your plans are and we will provide a solution.”

“I found another van for a cheaper price, will you match or beat that price?”

“Yes we will!  You must provide proof of the van type, level of service and specific dates of a competitor’s rate.  We will be happy to match or beat that price to earn your business.”

“Do you provide airport drop off services?”

“Yes we do, we will meet you with your passenger van upon your arrival just outside baggage claim with your van ensuring a quick hassle-free “on the road” experience.”

“I’m not sure what size van I should rent, can you help me with that?”

“Absolutely, just give us a call, tell us what your plans are and we’ll help you determine the best van for your needs.  We want to make sure you are comfortable with the van we provide.  Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime, we are happy to help.”

“Is there an age requirement?”

“Yes, for drivers age 21 to 24, a surcharge of $49.99 per day applies.”

“Do you offer driver or chauffeur services?”

“Yes we do, when you make your reservation, please note you’d like a driver.  We will contact you to confirm your itinerary and discuss further details to ensure we cover all your needs.”

“Do you have tow hitches available?”

“Yes we do, please note you’d like a tow hitch when you make your reservation.  We will make sure it’s installed and inspected for safety prior to your arrival.”
