The staff at ABVR is incredibly kind and accommodating. From the reservation process to pick up, ABVR was organized and easy to work with. If there was ever an issue with the vans, they were quick to rectify the issue. They go over and above with customer service in more ways that I can mention. This past summer one of our drivers accidentally left her expensive reading glasses in the van. After notifying Steve at ABVR, he retrieved the glasses, and put them in the mail that same day at no cost to the driver. She was incredibly relieved to know that her oversight would not lead to weeks without her prescription glasses. Thanks Steve and the entire ABVR for your top of the line customer service! Should we ever need vans again in the Atlanta area, we will choose you first, always!

Janet was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of my immediate needs. I will need to work with a company on a long term basis and I am hoping that I have found my perfect match. The fact that there is a pick up and drop off point in Fayetteville was an extra added bonus since this is where I live. Joe and his family were also very warm and welcoming. He even offered to come meet me if I got lost. I didn't, but the offer was there. Being a native to Georgia this is what I call true Southern hospitality that we just don't see much of anymore! I have already reserved a van to take my son to school in August. I will use your services whenever I have a need. This one's a no brainer for me!
